The Ministry of corporate affairs through its circular dated 24th September 2019 has extended the last date for filing e-Form BEN-2 without any payment of additional fees from September 30, 2019 to December 31, 2019. With reference to the date of filing of e-Form BEN-2, the date of filing of Form BEN-1 will be constructed accordingly.
Further, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 24th September 2019 has announced on its website under the news and update column that the Form BEN-2 is likely to be revised on MCA21 company forms download page with effect from 25th September 2019. Therefore, stakeholders have been advised to check the latest version before filing.
