FSSAI publishes methods approved by the Scientific Panel for Sampling & Analysis

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, (FSSAI) on January 09, 2023, issued methods approved by the Scientific Panel for Sampling & Analysis. The Following methods have been approved by the Scientific Panel on Methods of Sampling & Analysis namely: –

  1. Method for Determination of Iron as Fe in Fortified Rice Kernel 
  2. Method for Determination of Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) in Fortified Rice Kernel
  3. Method for Determination of Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) in Fortified Rice Kernel

Comments/suggestions, if any, should be furnished to FSSAI in the prescribed format within a period of 30 days of the publication of this notice on the website through email (sp-sampling@fssai.gov.in)
