Goa Chief Minister’s Kaushalya Path Scheme (CMKPS)

The Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Goa on March 02, 2023, issued the Chief Minister’s Kaushalya Path Scheme (CMKPS) for the following purposes:

1. To skill, the up-skill and re-skill maximum number of local youths on a large scale and at a high speed with quality standards.
2. To provide skilled manpower to the industry as well as to facilitate the creation of a pool of future entrepreneurs, who will in turn create further employment
3. Implementing a model of continuing coordination and learning support of the trained instructors in the skilling, reskilling, and upskilling of local youth of the State of Goa.

The scheme Benefits the Youth/Women to choose and change career paths and the industry to provide skilled manpower to service as well as the manufacturing industry. This scheme shall come into force from March 02, 2023.
