The Jharkhand Pollution Control Board vide its notification dated 29th June 2020 has extended the validity of Consent/Authorization to operate for those industries having applied for validation or those who have applied for renewal during the time between 31st March 2020 to 30th June 2020 till 31st July 2020 subject to same terms and conditions stipulated in the previous Consent/Authorization granted by the Board. They are permitted to carry out their commercial production activity, provided that any subsequent amendment shall be considered as per the provision in force at that time.
