Labour Department of Assam vide its notification dated 23rd June 2020 increases Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) in the State for certain categories of workers. The categories of employees and their increased VDA stand as per the order are as follows:-

| Highly skilled workers- | Rs 583.20 | Rs 19.44 |
