The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the last day of filing of Form NFRA-2. This extension has been provided by MCA as several representations were received on the matter.
National Financial Reporting Authority Rules, 2018 were notified on 13th November, 2018. As per Rule 5, Auditors of certain class of companies as specified in Rule 3, are required to file an Annual return in Form NFRA-2. The Return is to be filed on or before 30th November every year.
It has been notified that the last date of filing of Form NFRA-2 will be 90 days from the date of deployment of e-form on the website of NFRA.
