The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide notification dated 8 October 2021 has amended the Madhya Pradesh Sand(Mining, Transportation, Storage and Trading) Rules, 2019. The amendment provides that the approval of state government in Form-V within 15 days from date of submission of undertaking for sand group contract agreement.
The list of entire mines shall be part of contract. The agreement shall be registered under Indian Stamp and Registration Act, 1908. On receipt of mine wise statutory clearances, separate mine wise contract shall be done.
