The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in its Notification dated 28th November 2019, has extended the due date for filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4(CFS), AOC-4 XBRL and e-form MGT-7 from 31st March 2019 to 31st January 2020 for the companies having jurisdiction in the union territory of J&K and UT of Ladakh without levy of additional fee.
The extension has been made based on the request made from the stakeholders due to disturbance in internet service and the normal work which was affected in the union territory.
