Ministry of Corporate Affairs has has notified Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2019 by a notification dated 29th March, 2019. As per the amendment, the application for incorporation of a company under Rule 38 i.e. through E-form INC-32 (SPICe) shall be accompanied by e-form AGILE (lNC-35) for registration under GST, ESI and EPF with following effective dates:
i) GSTIN with effect from 31st March, 2019.
ii) EPFO with effect from 8th April, 2019.
iii) ESIC with effect from 15th April, 2019.
After Form INC-34, new Form INC-35(AGILE) has been added. As on date, Form AGILE as it is available on MCA portal can be used for applying for GSTN and EPFO registration only.
