The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 30th October 2019, has announced in its website under the news and update column that Form NDH-1( Return of Statutory Compliances), Form NDH-2 ( Application for extension of Time) and Form NDH-3 ( Half Yearly Return) is now available for filing as e-forms which shall be in effect from 1st November 2019.
These forms were filed as attachments to forms GNL-2 and RD-1 However, with the introduction of the e-Forms, these forms shall now be filed independently . Stakeholders have been advised to take note of the same.
