Ministry of Home Affairs clarifies Misinterpretations

Ministry of Home Affairs via notification dated 23rd April has clarified on certain misinterpretations of Guidelines on COVID 19. The authority states that there is no requirement for the industries to take any special permissions after the Lock down.

Currently all industries outside the containment zones can continue their services as long as they comply to the safety guidelines. In order to rectify the false apprehensions spread in the media, the MHA has also clarified that there is no provision in the guidelines to initiate proceedings against company CEOs or to seal factories in case an employee is found to be COVID 19 positive.
