Revised checklist for application for consent to Establish (Fresh) / consent to Establish (Renewal) and consent to operate (Fresh / consent to operate (Renewal)

The J&K Pollution Control Committee, on 4^th August, 2022, issued an order in partial modification of an earlier order specifying the revised checklist for online cases of Health care Facilities (HCFs) in J&K for processing of consent to Establish (Fresh) / consent to Establish (Renewal) and consent to operate (Fresh / consent to operate (Renewal). The revised checklist includes:

1. DPR stamped by authorized consultant
2. Consent Fee as prescribed by JKpCC through online mode only.
3. Valid Agreement with CBWTF for BMW disposal
4. Specifications of autoclave/ microwave, STp/ETp, shredder, deep burial, DG set

The order shall come into force immediately.
