The Ministry of Textiles has rescinded the Quality Control Order (QCO) relating to Viscose Staple Fibres (VSF) that was earlier notified through S.O. 6143(E) dated 29 December 2022.

Compliance Impact

- Existing stock previously manufactured or imported under the earlier QCO may continue to be treated as compliant.
