The Assam Pollution Control Board has issued a Notification on 23rd September 2019 to the industries generating and handling Hazardous wastes.
All industries generating and handling Hazardous wastes shall submit their manifest in Form 10 in accordance with Rule 19 of the Hazardous and Other waste (Management and Transboundary) Rules, 2016 in the online portal in the boards website, www.pcbassam.org.
The Notification is issued in pursuance of the National Green Tribunal’s order in the matter of OA No. 804/2017.
