The Government of Telangana vide its notification dated 14th September 2020 has extended the grace period for payment of motor vehicles advance tax for the quarter ending 30th June 2020 till September 30, 2020.
Earlier the payment period was till 31st August 2020, however, based on the representation it has been further extended upto 30th September 2020, further no penalty shall be levied under the Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 in respect of motor transport vehicles.
