Government of West Bengal, Labour department in its notification dated 31st December 2019 has stipulated time limit for Registration, renewal of registration and changes of certificates for registration of shop and establishment under the West Bengal Shops and Establishments act, 1963.
The stipulated time period was previously 1 day which is now been changed to “real time basis” subject to payments being made successfully and application being complete in all respect.
