The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on 4th July 2022, has published the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professional Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016.
Through this amendment, regulation 8 which deals with “Disciplinary proceedings “has been substituted as follows:
The disciplinary proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017.
