The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a General Circular dated 24th October 2019, extending the date for filing CRA-4.
Priory, an advisory was hosted in MCA website directing the Companies who are yet to file CRA-4 shall use costing taxonomy 2019. Subsequently the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Amendment Rules, 2019 and Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Amendment Rules, 2019 has been notified on 15.10.2019. Costing Taxonomy 2019 is under process.
In this context, the notification has extended the last date for filing (CRA-4) 2018-2019 without additional fee till 31st December. The extension is given for entire process starting from preparation of Annexures to filing before the central government.
