A&N Revises Minimum Wages Effective from July 1, 2025

The Andaman and Nicobar Administration has officially announced the revised minimum rates of wages for workers under six scheduled categories of employment, effective July 1, 2025. The revision comes under the authority of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and is based on the bi-annual review mandated by the Notification No. 133/2023/F, dated 27.12.2023.

This update was issued by the Office of the Labour Commissioner, A&N Islands, through Order No. 25.7, dated July 2025. The wage adjustment is based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the period from October 2024 to March 2025.
