The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification dated 2nd August, 2023 has issued the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2023. The Rules has revised Form No.RD-1 to be used by companies for filing application to Central Government (Regional Director) for approval of Compromises, Arrangements, Amalgamations and conversions.
