The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide notification dated 17 November, 2020 has published the draft Amendment for Madhya Pradesh Factories Rules, 1962. The amendment provides that the license for factories under the Act shall now be granted in Online Form No.3. The license can be granted for the applied period which can be ten years or more.
