The Government of Haryana has officially announced the extension of service for employees working through the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) and those engaged under Outsourcing Policy Part-II across various departments, boards, and corporations.
According to the latest notification, the contractual period of such employees, which was earlier extended up to September 30, 2025, has now been further extended until November 30, 2025.
Background of the Decision
The earlier extension was communicated via instructions No. 16/7/2015-2HR-I dated August 22, 2025, granting a two-month extension (from August 1 to September 30, 2025). Following a review, the government has now reconsidered the matter and approved an additional two-month extension to ensure smooth continuity of public services.
This decision applies to all Departments, Boards, Corporations, Public Undertakings, and other entities of the Haryana Government that employ staff under Outsourcing Policy-II or through HKRNL.
Applicability and Compliance
The extension is subject to the fulfillment of existing terms and conditions as outlined in Memo No. 8018 dated March 25, 2025, issued by the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited. All concerned authorities — including Managing Directors, Chief Administrators, CEOs, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Sub-Divisional Officers (Civil) — have been instructed to ensure strict compliance with the updated orders.

The government’s decision aims to ensure uninterrupted administrative and developmental functioning in departments relying on contractual and outsourced manpower, especially as recruitment and structural reforms continue under HKRNL.
