The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2023. These Amendment Rules were notified on 20th January, 2023 and have come into effect from 23rd January, 2023.
These Rules seek to further to amend the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 as follows:
Signing of Forms
E-forms must be signed by Insolvency Resolution Professional or resolution professional or liquidator of companies under insolvency or liquidation and filed with the Registrar along with the prescribed fee.
Revision of Forms
The Amendment Rules also revise the following forms:
- Form No. GNL-2: Form for submission of documents with the Registrar
- Form No. GNL-3: Particulars of person(s) charged for the purpose of sub clause (iii) or (iv) of clause 60 of section 2
- Form No. GNL-4: Form for filing Addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness
