MCA issues a warning to defaulting directors
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 1st November 2019, has announced in its website under the news and update column that Registrars of Companies’ are in the procedure of identifying and flagging directors in default of filing Annual returns or financial statements in the past 3 financial years.
FSSAI directs authorities to initiate enforcement of special drive for licensing from October 1, 2019
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has vide letter dated 1st July, 2019 launched a special drive for licensing and registration of food businesses and directed the commissioners Of food safety and licensing authorities to use it for enforcement of Non or wrong registration/License. The letter dated 4 October, 2019 has directed the authorities for enforcement of special drive for licensing from October 1, 2019.
